Experience Strategist & Design Director
25+ years partnering with executive stakeholders, product leadership, technology and research to transform ambiguity into clear, human-centered product, service and experience strategies. I lead upstream discovery, map end-to-end customer ecosystems, align cross-functional teams around actionable experience vision, and lead design teams through execution and hand-off.

How I Operate
De-Risking Ambiguity Up Front: Partnering early with research, product and technology to validate assumptions, define value propositions, and align on core problem statements before resources are committed to execution.
Research-Grounded Product Vision: Translating qualitative insights, behavioral data, and heuristic evaluations into clear mental models and actionable experience architectures.
Cross-Functional Cohesion: Facilitating collaborative discovery workshops that bridge differing priorities across executive leadership, product management, and engineering teams.
I don't fit neatly in a single silo — I live in the messy space where product and service strategy, human research, design, and business goals come together for the benefit of the business, its users, and customers.
A note about use of AI
While bringing ideas to life visually is still a core part of the work, I prioritize outcomes and professional growth of those around me, not the design process or deliverables themselves. Hence, I use AI wherever it can help speed up the work, from planning through execution, so that more time can be spent exploring, validating with users, and adapting to project variables.
